"I have been in some different clinics in the past several years. DSI has been the best and most comfortable fit for me. All personnel, nurses, tech support, and management are very supportive, accommodating and professional." H.K 2017

Re: Dialysis Services Inc provides an Invaluable service in Toronto
Date: March 2018
"This is an email that I have wanted to send to you & pass onto Ray, your nurse, but finally found the time today to do this.
Your company provides an invaluable service, and we were especially pleased to have used it.
We may not have seen Ray for well over a year or more now - but he was an essential person in our Dialysis journey.
We have chatted in the past... My husband Ken was the one who was on dialysis, and I sat with him during his treatments at your facility on Yonge Street in Toronto.
I want to take this opportunity to let you know how much we have appreciated the ability to use your facilities for the past number (3 or 4 or 5) of years. More importantly - Ray has been fantastic to work with..
Ray may remember us from the times (3 or 4 times) we have been under his expert care. We would send him thank you letters once we returned back home to Brandon Manitoba.
The news I would like you to relay to Ray (we'd be grateful if you would) is the fact that we were successful in our lead up to Kidney Donation - and I was able to donate one of my kidneys to my husband, Ken.
This transplant took place October/17 - and Ken is doing very well.

"Hi Ray. Just want to say 'thank you' for everything. I am grateful I landed in your amazing hands and not somebody else. I'll miss you Ray. Thank you for making me feel comfortable. Thank you for everything you've done for me. You're one of the best people I know! All the best for you Ray! I am forever thankful."
